Advisory Board
Nimaya has assembled an advisory board consisting of experts in various fields related to space and mission. Our advisors provide us with perspectives regarding new technology, developing trends and practices, and insight into real-world applications for Nimaya's technology.

David Ellison
As President and Chief Operating Officer for Rannoch Corporation, Dave is responsible for providing vision, leadership and strategic direction to Rannoch’s Air Traffic Control, Airport Management and Military businesses. He has more than 25 years business experience, holding board, advisory, C-level and many senior executive positions. He has extensive experience in all facets of business operations including sales, marketing, research and development, customer support and international operations.

Prior to joining Rannoch, Dave was Senior Vice President for Product Development at CA (formerly Computer Associates) responsible for strategic planning and product development of CA’s extensive line of Storage and Information Management products. Dave joined CA through the successful acquisition of iLumin Software Services, Inc. where he served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and Board Director. While at iLumin and responsible for all business operations, Dave also served as the strategist and catalyst behind iLumin’s M&A strategy which included 8 deals in 4 years.

Previously he served as Chief Technology Officer for Disclosure, Inc. (acquired by Primark Corporation) and went on to serve as Primark’s Chief Information Officer and as Chief Technology Officer for Primark Financial in London, England, leading a large-scale, global, real-time operation of over 800 technology professionals serving Primark’s thousands of Customers and millions of end-users, overseeing Primark’s $100 million annual investment in products, services and infrastructure.

Dave holds Bachelor of Sciences degrees in Finance and Computer Information Systems from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

Dave is also an active Board Director for Clarabridge, Inc.

David Wood
David Wood is a Principal at Software Memetics, LLC, a software engineering consultancy specializing in disruptive technologies, and entrepreneur-in-residence at the MIND Laboratory, University of Maryland College Park. He has founded two companies; Plugged In Software, a successful outsourced software development company in Australia and Tucana Technologies, Inc, a venture-backed product company sold to Northrup Grumman Corporation. A Semantic Web expert, David is an active member of the World Wide Web Consortium's Semantic Web Coordination Group.

Dave lead the development of the popular Open Source Software project the Kowari Metastore (http://kowari.org) and contributes to its fork, Mulgara (http://mulgara.org).

Dave holds degrees in engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and the US Naval Postgraduate School and is a Ph.D. candidate at The University of Queensland.

K.C. "Ken" Perry
Ken Perry is a semi-retired software executive who specialized in customer support, professional services and sales. Ken’s success has been centered around product related customer-facing issues for start up companies and turnaround opportunities. Ken’s last position was Senior Vice President, Product Support and Customer Service for iLumin Corporation (acquired by CA in 2005). Prior to this, Ken held executive positions with several privately held and public software companies in the professional services and product support areas increasing customer satisfaction and resulting in remarkable growth of the professional services practices of these companies. Ken grew the professional services organization of Synon Corporation (acquired by Sterling Software) by 400% in less than four years and established several vertical practices and education centers across the country for the company. Ken was responsible for professional services at Morino, Inc. (merged with Duquesne Software to form Legent Corporation in 1989), Director of Professional Services for UCCEL Corporation (acquired by CA in 1986), where he was responsible for the ten-fold growth of this organization.

Ken has over 30 years of experience with software and services firms ranging from mainframe to midrange computing in both systems software and application software.

Ken is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Overview.
