As a member of the Engineering team in Nimaya India, this position is
responsible for designing and developing our Customer Grid based ICM
technology solutions developed from Nimaya India office. This position
reports to one of the team leads as per the org chart.
Following are the responsibilities expected of this position:
As per the architecture and high level design provided by the
architecture team, design the software features to meet the business
requirements.
Document system requirements specifications and designs and get them
reviewed as per the ISO processes.
Develop the software modules in highest quality
Work with rest of the development team to develop the assigned
software modules in highest quality.
Unit test the developed code and get the code reviewed as per our
ISO processes to produce the best possible software.
Team player with good communication skills and continuously learn new
technologies
Communicate the work done in an effective way.
Work with rest of the team to make everyone better.
Continuously learn new technologies and educate other members of the
team to help them get better.
Here are the qualifications we are looking for:
B.Tech/M.Tech (Computer Science) or equivalent from reputed
institutions like IITs and RECs.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecting, designing and
developing J2EE based technology solutions. Majority of this experience is
expected to be on software product development spread across several
releases and is aware of SDLC involved in a software product development.
Experience modeling applications with UML modeling tools.
Database skills with one or more leading RDMBS including database
design, and data modeling.
Overseas exposure and handling US and European clients is a plus.
Excellent communication and people relationship skills.
Good concepts, analytical skills, and ability to work independently
without requiring any supervision.
Good team player with the ability to get things done under tight
deadlines.
Understands what it means to develop high quality software at the
bottom of the heart and is a disciplined person.
Has good attitude and believes in what we are doing as a team, feels
like a member of the team working together to succeed and willing to do
anything and everything necessary to succeed.
Remuneration: As per industry standards and not a constraint for
