Position Summary:

Nimaya Inc is looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join their Application Development Team. The successful candidate will be directly involved in the design, prototyping, development and enhancement of the company's product suite – including server side and client side development.  Nimaya's ActionBridge product suite includes a server component and several client applications.  The Nimaya ActionBridge product suite is used by the company and its clients to aggregate data from disparate data sources, apply business rules to the data set, and present the data set as a unified view within a CRM application such as saleforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or an enterprise portal. The product also proactively enables business processes, based on results of business rules evaluation.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science (or related engineering field) and at least 3 years experience in design, development and implementation of complex enterprise software.  Experience designing Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) is required.  Development experience on CRM applications such Salesforce.com and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.  Some business analysis experience is preferred.  This position requires interaction with client that requires good communications skills.

Candidates must be proficient in Java, EJB, XML, XSL and other J2EE related technologies. Candidate should also have experience in Microsoft .NET technology.  Experience developing Rich Internet Application (RIA) using the AJAX framework or RIA development tools such as JackBe PRESTO or OpenLaszlo is required. 

Candidate must be able to work in fast paced development environment with the ability to quickly adapt to changing technology and deliver application prototypes that can be converted to production systems.  Candidates must have developed software in a team environment, and be disciplined in the use of CVS and the writing of documentation and unit tests. Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit is required. Experience with the Apache Axis framework for exposing Java web services is required. Candidates must also be comfortable in both Windows and UNIX development environments.

In addition to solid Java software engineering skills, hands-on experience in a majority of the following area is required:

• J2EE application server (JBoss, Weblogic, WebSphere) configuration and usage
• Experience with Oracle (8i, 9i, or 10g), MS SQL Server 2000, MySQL, DB2.
• Experience in developing on Microsoft .NET platform
• Experience with CRM software like Salesforce.com, Siebel on Demand & Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in designing and building Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based applications. 
• Experience with Rich Internet Application development environment such as AJAX, JackBe PRESTO and OpenLaszlo.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux OS installation and administration
