Senior Management

An experienced management team with deep roots in data integration, business intelligence and service oriented architecture guides Nimaya, present and future. Our executives bring substantial insight into building better business applications that save companies significant costs – both in reducing expenses via time and money, and increasing revenue-producing activities through new efficiencies and perspectives.  Our executive team’s goal is to help businesses generate more revenue while reducing their expenses.

Michael J. Del Rosso – President, CEO and Chairman Michael Del Rosso is an accomplished technology executive whose career spans 30 years. He has served as CEO and CTO of large public companies and early stage companies. He is currently CEO of Nimaya, Inc., an enterprise software company and Updata Partners portfolio company;  Chairman of Acuity Tech Solutions, Inc.; and partner in Capital Trust Ventures (a growth stage venture capital firm) and Capital Trust Associates (a specialized advisory services to companies, lenders, and investors).

Michael has extensive corporate operations experience and P&L responsibility in technology services, independent software vendor (ISV), hardware design, and manufacturing businesses. Additionally, he has broad technical expertise and fundamental design experience in system-of-systems architectures; storage, knowledge, and content management systems design; operating system internals; real-time systems; data communications & telephony; identity management; computer security; critical infrastructure protection; information warfare and cyber-terrorism. He has contributed to Department of Defense information security research projects, has designed and implemented information security products for the commercial, intelligence, and defense marketplaces, and holds an active Department of Defense security clearance.

Previously he was Chief Technology Officer at three public companies: Quantum Corporation, Legato Systems, Inc., and OTG Software, Inc., the latter two now part of EMC, and was founding CTO of iDEFENSE (acquired by VeriSign). He has also held executive management positions at VII, Inc. and served on the board of directors of NFR Security, Inc. (acquired by Check Point Software). For 15 years prior to this he lead a successful consulting company providing expertise in engineering design, strategic planning, product management and marketing to corporations such as IBM, Amdahl, Control Data, Cheyenne Software, Secure Computing Corporation and Northern Telecom.

He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Chairman of the IEEE-USA Critical Infrastructure Protection Committee (CIPC), a 2006 Lincoln Fellow at The Claremont Institute where he is presently Research Fellow in National Security Policy, Senior Fellow at the Center for Security Policy, and has been a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Chris Insinger - President Chris Insinger joined Nimaya as President, Asia Pacific in 2009, with over 20 years of IT experience. He has held senior positions in sales, business development, product management, marketing and engineering management. His expertise includes developing and delivering solutions for enterprise applications, data center infrastructure, supercomputing and visual simulation.

Before joining Nimaya Chris was VMware Business Director for EMC, driving Asia-wide adoption of EMC's portfolio of VMware virtualization solutions including Storage, Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Systems Management and Application Solutions. Additionally he was Director in EMC's Office of the CTO for Asia Pacific and Japan, responsible for developing innovative methods and advanced technologies to solve customers’ most challenging information management problems.

Chris spent a decade in Silicon Valley building and bringing innovative products to market at both startups and established technology companies. Chris is based in Singapore, and is a native of the Netherlands.

Krishna Kadali - Chief Technology Officer & Senior VP of Engineering Krishna Kadali has more than sixteen years experience in architecture, design, development and deployment of software products and production systems. He is a founding member of Nimaya and serves as the CTO and VP of Engineering. Prior to starting Nimaya, Mr. Kadali served in various capacities at MKS and BULL S.A providing major contributions to architecture, design, development and delivery of their flagship products NuTCRACKER and OSIAPI respectively with extensive systems programming background. Mr. Kadali has a masters degree in telecommunications from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and University second rank holder in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India in bachelors degree in electronics and communications.

Dan Soschin - Director of Product Strategy With a background in business intelligence, analytics and composite applications, Dan keeps his eyes and ears open at all times searching for innovative ways to leverage existing investments in enterprise software and data warehouses. Dan works with customers and partners to understand their challenges and works on managing the product strategy to deliver tangible results. A hands-on IT professional, Dan also works directly with analysts and journalists who have a broad view of the industry to pick their brains for the next big IT trend.

Dan is a veteran of startups, having spent time at Data Advantage Group in California, specializing in meta data management and Digital Harbor (acquired by Norkom) in Reston, VA specializing in composite applications. Additionally, Dan worked at MicroStrategy developing a number of internal corporate projects.

An expert at interactive marketing, communications and logistics, Dan is also in-part responsible for communicating the many benefits of Nimaya’s product suite to the decision-makers and influencers among the IT world. By evangelizing ActionBridge’s value, Dan hopes to make the jobs of IT administrators easier and their lives less stressful.

Dan grew up in Northern Virginia, attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science & Technology, and now serves as the President of their Alumni Association. Dan later went on to graduate from the McIntire School of Commerce with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) at the University of Virginia, where he was the recipient of a scholarship award for community service and was selected to live in the Academic Village on the Lawn. Perhaps Dan's most memorable trait is that he served as the Cavalier Mascot at UVa for three years. Despite several requests among office mates to reprise his role, Dan swears he hung up his digs years ago.

Tim Meyers Mr. Meyers is a Managing Partner of Capital Trust Ventures. He has over 20 years of investing experience. Prior to founding CTV Tim served as a General Partner at Updata Partners where he co-founded their first institutional venture fund in 2000. While with Updata he managed 11 investments and raised over $100 million. Prior to joining Updata Partners, Mr. Meyers served as President of The Morino Group, where he managed a $200 million portfolio, including direct investments, venture funds, hedge funds, and direct equity investments. From 1987-1993, he was CFO of The Brandon Company where he structured numerous deals with total transaction volume of over $250 million. Prior to joining The Brandon Company, Mr. Meyers was a CPA with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche). He has been Co-Chair of the selection and program committees for the last several Mid-Atlantic Venture Association Fairs and is the Investment Committee Chair for George Mason’s endowment. He also serves on the boards of multiple privately held companies. 

Grant Wagner Grant Wagner is President and CEO of Formatta Corporation, a leading provider of e-form software solutions that enable businesses and government to securely capture and transfer electronic data using a familiar interface—a form.

Mr. Wagner has over fifteen years of executive leadership roles in global software companies and has repeatedly demonstrated his skills in building and growing highly effective direct and channel sales organizations nationally and internationally.

Previously he was Senior Vice President for Worldwide Sales at New Technology Management, Inc. (NTMI), a federal government systems integrator specializing in Deptartment of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Defense (DoD) security solutions; Senior Vice President of Software Sales at Integic, Inc., a government systems integrator and software vendor acquired by Northrop Grumman Corp.; and a Managing Director at Corstone Capital Corporation, a private merchant banking and services group. He was also Executive Vice President for Worldwide Sales at OTG Software, Inc., now part of EMC. At OTG he built a global sales organization of over 100 people, developed an extensive channel (VAR, distributor, OEM, systems integrators and direct sales) which was essential to OTG’s sales growth, and helped take the company public. Prior to OTG, Grant served for nine years in numerous sales and executive management positions at Computer Associates International, Inc.

Brian Nimmo Mr. Nimmo is recognized as an accomplished senior marketing and corporate business strategy executive showcasing more than 25 years of documented fiscal achievement in domestic and international commerce with both start-up and established organizations. He consistently delivers innovative, bottom-line focused leadership with the vision and experience to develop key markets ranging, from emerging technologies for Web 2.0 software applications to wireless mobile apps. He reinvigorates demand for existing web based products and services, to creating new strategies for the consumer mobile application market that generate short and long term revenue streams. He was formerly a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, and his current outsourced CMO assignments include developing consumer mobile application offerings for Apple, Sprint and AT&T wireless 3G and 4G platforms to increase subscriber adoption and consumer revenue for their mobile wireless applications stores. Mr. Nimmo is sought as and advisor for his proven skills in developing highly effective business and marketing strategies combined with innovative go-to-market Internet approach and lessons learned. Previous employers include AT&T, HP, Motient/American Mobile Satellite and Aptara. He founded Sage Alliance, which he led as CEO until he sold the business successfully to IAIC and Computer Associates, (CA). He is currently a principle advisor at Capital Trust Associates venture fund specializing in business advisory services for companies worldwide.

Mr. Nimmo received his undergraduate degree from College de Vevey in Vevey, Switzerland, and has lived and worked overseas and he is fluent in the French language. His adventure seeking spirit is easily captured by actual accomplishments: licensed commercial helicopter pilot, and certified scuba diver and served in the United States Navy. He has been married for 17 years, has two children and lives in Northern Virginia.
