Nimaya Signs up for Portal Provider Offering from IBM to Provide Customer Data Integration Solution through the WebSphere Portal Server

April 2, 2004 - Nimaya signs up for Portal Provider Offering from IBM to offer its Integrated Customer Management (ICM) Platform through the IBM WebSphere portal server. Under this offering, Nimaya develops the necessary plug-in to its ICM Platform such that WebSphere portal server users can build portlets to provide 3600 view of customers. Nimaya's ICM Platform can retrieve the necessary customer data distributed across different systems by dynamically calling the web service APIs and apply the business user configured analysis on the retrieved data. This retrieved customer data can then be presented in the portal server interface.

This solution is expected to be available in August 2004 and will be made available on the IBM Portal Provider Offering Catalog.
