Nimaya Completes Implementation of Nimaya 5 at a
Large Telecommunications Carrier

Nimaya completes its implementation of Nimaya 5 based customer data
integration solution at a large telecommunications carrier. Through this
implementation, Nimaya integrated the data from different divisions and
provided a unified view of the customer data that included the
information about accounts, products, billing, call history, and repair
history and several other details. This implementation took about 9
months largely because of the corporate hassles involved with working
with different divisions. This implementation is currently in production
serving thousands of sales representatives. An analysis survey conducted
by this carrier revealed that this implementation provided cost savings
of millions of dollars because of the time savings provided by this
integrated view of the customer information.
